So, I'm really hesitant to even write this because of how effing scary it was, but it's too sketchy not to talk about. I was leaving my friend's place last night, and looked up because I noticed that it was clear out and there were tons of stars...but I noticed something floating around like 30 feet off the ground, like, this black cloudy thing about ten feet in diameter, and it was moving around kind of over the house, and then it stood still for a second. My blood ran cold, and I felt like it was watching me. I got in my car and got the hell out of there. Wicked fuckin scary. |

2 things 1) incidentally, it was a "bonafide ghost experience" that began to soften up my staunch atheistic worldview
2) there are circles of ppl who would hear what you just described and immediately think not just 'ghost' but , perhaps, lean more towards a 'malignant entity' which may never have held a human form in the first place... a demonic spirit, if you prefer. To be fair, some in those 'circles of people' are those whose teeth i'd like to punch out of their faces - so take it with a grain of salt, of course. But at the same time i feel i've got a few demonic run-ins under my belt and this doesnt seem out of the realm of possibility. is yer bud into the occult? what were you guys talking about? had any strange dreams lately? did his house used to be a hotel belonging to a guy named Norman who stabbed his own mother to death in the shower? just some thoughts... |
Funny you should say that about demonic presences...that's more of what I felt it was....man I usually make fun of people for talking about this stuff. I dunno, like...the house I was at. The father died a few years ago, my friend had cancer (thankfully its gone) and he was in Iraq, all within the last 5 years... I've heard of 'stress entities' or 'dread entities' that can be generated from, well, dread. Maybe I've been watching 'Paranormal State' too much. |
